Shipping:
-FREE Shipping is available for all merchandise orders totalling $100 or over!
-Free shipping only applies to the continental 48 states and does not apply to APO/AFO addresses.
-Free shipping excludes certain large and heavy items such as rugs and water fountains.
-Expedited shipping is available; however it does not qualify for free shipping.
-Free Shipping does not cover the optional insurance (below)
-Shipping for orders under $100 is a flat rate fee of $15 (excluding optional insurance – below)
Insurance:
Insurance is a small additional cost. Though it is optional, it is highly recommended. If insurance is not opted for, we are not responsible should the package become lost or damaged during transit.
International Orders:
Orders outside the continental US will be contacted by Kokopelli so arrangements may be made.
International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, or import fees that are charged on delivery. Check with your local postal service to see if any of these charges may apply to your shipment. APO and AFO addresses will be charged an additional fee for shipping.
Delivery:
-In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the receipt of order. Except during the holiday season, every effort will be made to maintain this time frame; however we cannot guarantee it due to the volume of orders received. To avoid disappointment please order early.
-Non-stocked items will ship directly from the manufacturer. Due to the steps involved in constructing hand-made cowboy boots, shipping time may vary from a few days to a few months. If you are concerned about shipping time, please email us for a quote.
Lucchese Classics:
A very limited quantity of Lucchese Classics are produced in advance. Most Lucchese Classics are made-to-order. Lucchese Classics are made by hand by master bootmakers with over one hundred steps involved. Production time averages about eight weeks. Production may be delayed by shortages of premium hides or if any step in the bootmaking process fails inspection.
Note: If you desire boots within a short timeframe, please call or email us for information on which boots and sizes we currently have in-stock.
Exchange Information:
To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will allow you to exchange your purchase for its purchase price within 30 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the return, together with the reason for the request, with the product or service. Products must be returned to us in New Condition, as determined by an inspection, with tags intact. Boots and shoes must not be stretched out or have scuffs on the soles or we will not be able to exchange them. You may request an exchange by contacting us by email at kokopellinh@gmail.com. You may obtain any additional information concerning our exchange policy, including our mailing address, by contacting us at kokopellinh@gmail.com
Exchange Process: Authorization Number (RMA, RA, etc.):
Unauthorized and/or misdirected exchanges may be refused.
Customer Must email us for an RA number prior to returning the product.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the safe return of items in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. The customer also pays for the shipping of exchange items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee:
We charge a $10 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is higher) based on the price of the item being returned.
Exchange Policy Exceptions:
Sale and clearance items are final sale only.
Custom-made items may only be exchanged if defective as determined by the manufacturer.
Custom-made items include Lucchese Classics series boots, exotic leather boots valued at greater than $400.00, and boots in non-standard sizes.
Women’s standard sizes: 6-10 in B or C width
Men’s standard sizes: 7.5 -13 in D, E, or EE width.
Leather/Hide Disclaimer
Please note that when hand-constructing boots and leather goods from the highest grades of leather, it can be difficult to maintain an exact color across all items of a single style. While every effort is made to ensure a single pair of boots will match, there may be slight color variations and hide markings across different pairs. This means that the boots you receive, while very similar, may not match the colors of the online photo precisely in shade and saturation.
